Hi everyone! This is Chris Rothan and I am Vice President of The Rothan Group.
I joined The Rothan Group in 2017 as a part time helper as we awaited the arrival of our 2nd child. As our family grew to include 3 children, I had a strong desire to be more present in their lives. So, in January of 2019 I became a full time real estate broker.
The world of real estate has opened my eyes to what is possible in life. Through this business I continue to develop many amazing relationships with other people. I have been able to help many clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate to get to that next adventure in their lives.
One of the most rewarding parts of my real estate business is my extensive work with Military Veterans. I have had the honor of helping a lot of our service men and women (and their families) find new homes or sell their existing homes. VA financing provides a wonderful tool helping those who serve our country experience home ownership.
I grew up in Peoria, IL attending St. Philomena Grade School, Peoria Notre Dame High School, and Bradley University. After graduating from Bradley University I moved to the beautiful state of Colorado with some lifelong friends. I lived there for 4 years and then moved back to Peoria.
The greatest love in life is that of my family. I am grateful I get to explore this life with them. Also, I have been extemely lucky to have some of the best family and friends in life. It is the relationships we make that enrich our lives.
Some of the things I like most in life are music (esp live music), nature, sports, food / cooking, travel, coffee, home improvement projects, technology, and teaching.
