I met with Chris over a year ago. The home buying process was delayed for a few months but during that time he would reach out to see how my family was doing and just building a relationship. Once it was time to crunch and purchase a home Chris was very helpful. We toured many homes and each one he would give us all the history of that home and what the neighboring homes price history was looking like. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Knowing this Chris would talk to me and tell me what he thinks about the home and what areas to look for in each home.
